Quality Pizza Express — Restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne

Second time in a row where I’ve ordered by phone and they’ve messed it up in store, but this time it seemed personal! I rang up and ordered food above £20 so I’d get the free garlic bread, I even said to make this thin base and they agreed, confirming I was getting it. When I got there, I was asked for 19.50 and there was no garlic bread, I asked why and he said he put the pizza through on a happy hour deal (when it wasn’t even happy hour!), so literally saving me a quid or two just so he didn’t have to make the pizza! Orders completely wrong, burnt pizzas, raw chips this is the worst takeaway I’ve had, the workers are idiots not a clue what their doing and also very rude.
