Never use this dominos!
Placed a Ā£41 order for a birthday celebration only to be left in complete and utter anger. Firstly the food that arrived was cold - we were reasonable about this and understood this can happen. We then also realised there was a large pepperoni pizza missing from the order. The delivery driver was still at our door upon this realisation and when asking him about it he was quite abrupt stating āthe staff packed the bag not meā. He left and I called the Chepstow road store. Within this time the food we had been given was becoming even colder than when it arrived. The lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional; she was unaware of the protocol for this issue and eventually said we could have a delivery of the pizza that was missing. I told her this was not good enough therefore we finally came to the conclusion that she would resend the whole order. The phone call ended and we believed the food was on its way. I then received a call about 5 minutes later from the store stating that they had no large pizza dough left. I requested to speak with the manager and was ignored. I requested 2 medium pizzas in place of this and was told that was ok. Conveniently the store had then run out of medium dough. Baring in mind it was barely 7pm. I again requested a manager. The girl on the phone proceeded to then speak to other staff members about other orders whilst on the phone to me. The customer service was unacceptable. She then stated I could have a Ā£13 refund to which I asked for a third time to speak with a manager. The girl said the manager (Jade) was too busy to speak with me. I said I donāt care if sheās busy, I want to speak with her because itās not good enough. Jade (the manager) finally came to the phone to which she told me there is nothing they can do other than give a Ā£13 refund which I reiterated was not good enough. The atmosphere of our birthday celebration was ruined and everyone remained hungry. I requested to report the issue higher and was given a contact number which will take 5 days to be responded to.
Overall it is simply not good enough and the store should never have taken our order without having the necessary food but also should never have sent the order out knowingly that a large pizza was missing. Absolute joke and will never order again. £41 down the drain⦠I better receive the...

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Domino's Pizza Newport on 08/03/2024. My order number is . 567507025
Firstly, upon receiving our order, we discovered that an item was missing. When we contacted your customer service, we were assured that the missing item would be promptly sent out to us. However, to our dismay, this never happened.
Upon contacting your customer service again, we encountered an appalling level of service. Not only were we met with a dismissive attitude, but we were also informed that order 567507025 that the missing item had been refunded, which was blatantly untrue as no refund was processed.
Adding insult to injury, during our attempt to address the issue, the phone call was abruptly disconnected, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns.
This experience has completely ruined our dinner and left us feeling deceived and mistreated. Despite our polite attempts to resolve the matter with your company, we have been met with nothing but lies and rude behavior.
Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund for our order. Your company's failure to fulfill our order accurately, coupled with the dishonesty and incompetence displayed by your staff, is unacceptable and warrants immediate rectification.
I expect a prompt response and confirmation of the full refund. Failure to provide a satisfactory resolution will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter...

Elderly grand father answered the door while I sat on the stairs with my small frenchie pup contained. The dog was barking but I assured the women that she only was barking cos she wanted to see who it was. The women demanded to shut the door until the dog was locked up (understandable if you have a fear of dogs). Did as instructed and locked the dog up, apologised and that should have been that!. However the delivery driver continued to lecture me how the dog should be locked up and not to bother ordering in the future if I canāt lock her up. Her attitude wasnāt even polite about it.
Iāve had delivery drivers in the past fuss my puppy, acknowledge that she is in the background but contained. Iāve even had delivery drivers acknowledge her barking and ask where she is before handing me a pizza and Iāve assured them however this delivery driver had a disgusting attitude towards the situation.
