This was absolutely disgraceful. I told your manager MULTIPLE times that I have a serious allergy to the pepper sauce in the Kentucky wrap. I literally cannot eat it without risking my health. But instead of helping me, she flat-out refused to remove it, claiming it was "against policy" because it's a promotional item. Let me be clear: I was asking for a simple modification to prevent an ALLERGIC REACTION. Not a discount. Not something extra. Just to not poison me.
In the end, I WAS FORCED TO TAKE IT. I paid for food I CANNOT EAT. Do you understand how insane that is? I handed over my money for a meal that could send me to the hospital, all because your manager wouldn't do her job properly.
The worst part? When I got home, I checked your app and guess what - there's literally an option to remove the sauce. Your manager either lied to my face or is completely incompetent at her job. Either way, she forced me to waste my money on food that's dangerous for me to consume.
So now I'm sitting here with a meal I can't eat, money wasted, and the knowledge that your establishment cares more about some made-up "policy" than customer safety. You literally took my money knowing I couldn't eat what you gave me.
Do you understand how dangerous and unethical this is? Your manager was willing to risk a customer's health AND steal their money rather than take 5 seconds to check the actual policy or show basic human decency.
This isn't just bad service - it's negligent, potentially life-threatening, and frankly theft. I paid for food I explicitly told you I couldn't eat due to medical reasons, and you took my money anyway.
I will NEVER return to this location, and I'll make sure everyone I know understands that this KFC location doesn't take allergies seriously and will happily take your money for food that could kill you....
Read moreWow, never quite seen anything like it. As I turned the blind corner into the drive through I had to break hard as there was a giant biffa bin in the middle of the entrance. There was a car behind me who also had to break hard not to go into the back of me. Sat there very confused for a minute. But thinking someone was playing the fool to stop customers going into KFC myself and another driver got out of our cars to move the bin. As we were moving the giant bin a KFC employee came and said we put that there to stop customers driving through. We looked at each other in disbelief and asked why? She said because they were having a delivery. I asked wouldn't a sign be more appropriate. She agreed yes it sign would be better but she thought a sign would blow away. I asked to see a manager and the manager explained the delivery driver had park awkward to off load so they blocked the road with the bin to stop people coming through. I explained that was dangerous as cars could drive straight into the bin around a blind corner and she was loosing customers because of it. Also pointed out that she could have asked the lorry driver to park properly instead of putting a giant bin in the road that was causing so much trouble. She replied, yeah that would of been better. I was absolutely lost for words with her. So please be careful driving into the KFC as you turn the corner and you are met with a giant biffa bin and a lorry parked across the drive through instead of parked in a bay....
Read moreThis is usually our go to KFC, food is fresh, service is fast and customer service is good, never had an issue. However, on this occasion we had the worst experience. Service was slow however it was busy therefore understandable. We were then given the wrong drink which we noticed and returned whilst still at the window. We received the ‘new drink’ which was actually the same drink as before with the correct flavour mixed into it. There were chunks of the old drink at the bottom and it was visible that the Oreo had been added on top of the milky bar. We had already left the window at this point so parked up and took this issue to the counter where we were greeted with attitude and giggles from the member of staff who replaced the drink. All members of staff were staring at us and laughed as we left the store. I’m not sure if this was a new staff member, as we’ve never had a problem before, or maybe this member of staff thought it was the correct way to rectify their mistake but it was completely inappropriate and potentially dangerous. The rest of the meal was okay but considering the wait could’ve been hotter. The lady who served us at the window was lovely and very apologetic on the return of the first drink, I believe that she was new as it sounded as though she was under...
