This fish bar is an absolute joke. after finishing college today i went in to get a kebab. i wasn’t served for five minutes despite there being only one other customer. i ordered a mixed meat and chips. after getting home with my food i found my food cold, the chips were hard and stale, the chicken donner was chicken tikka and the worst part was that i found a hair in my food!! i then rang to enquire about a refund for my food. after being on the phone for five minutes trying to get this refund i was told they could not understand me and they would ring me back in five minutes. i waited 15 minutes with no call so decided to ring again. i explained the situation once again and they hung up the phone. i then rang again and as soon as they heard my voice they hung up. third time they declined my call. please do not order from here. this was my first and last time ever placing an order here. i...

Absolutely grim. The worst fish and chips I've had in Newport. Chips were uncooked and had no colour. The fish although cooked on the inside the batter was wet and sticky. THE Curry sauce was too thin and tasted of nothing but water. I'm not surprised as when I was there they were serving there other "specialties" which included, but probably not limited to Kebabs, Pizza, Indian food, and English food. If you want Dim Sum, Caribbean, Thai, Mexican, or food from the Democratic Republic of Congo just ask I'm sure they will splodge it...

Food was aweful.It tasted as if it had a funny taste to it like the oil was weeks old.Had such a strange taste.put me off fish and chips and wish id stuck to my local chippy. I rang to tell them the food wasnt right and they were adament to deliver more food as a replacement. They promised me a refund.I said i dont want more food but they said we will make fresh food and you can have that. The food came and looked better but still tasted strange so that went in the bin. No refund.really...
