Greggs — Restaurant in North Devon

Not happy at all. I ordered a ‘click & collect’ today to be collected from 6pm. I was there early at 5:30pm but the store was closed. I waited until 6pm in case the doors were then opened for the people that had ordered for collection from 6pm but it was still closed at 6pm (even though it’s supposed to be open until 7pm today). I went into the BP garage next door to explain & they had a key to the Greggs so we went over & they opened the door to find a Greggs employee just sat out the back & she said ‘there was no food left so she just closed the doors & was waiting for the end of her shift at 7pm so she could go home’! She could have kept the doors open for people that had ordered click & collect so she could explain! Instead I waited outside for 30 minutes for nothing. It’s now gone 6pm and it’s still allowing people to place orders for click & collect until they ‘close’ at 7pm even though they are already closed...

If you look for it at the pinned location you'll be going hungry, it's over the other side of BP near the car wash - but that said, you might be better off not finding it at all. All of the savories are displayed in a well lit glass cabinet, and everything looks like it's piping hot. However the food I bought was all stone cold. I went right back in and grumbled, only to be told that "we can't heat anything, it's down to health and safety rules"...

What utter tosh. Last time I will ever set foot in a Greggs store, the staff were rubbish, and the cold, unpalatable, food all went into the bins on the...

We stopped here to get a Greggs coffee and as we drove in the straight on arrow said HGV, straight on and right petrol and there were some parking spaces to the right so we pulled into a space. It seems these were staff spaces although not marked as such from this direction. A member of staff parked in her car in dark blue uniform then proceeded to repeatedly stare at us very aggressively and complain loudly on her phone to someone about us. A polite 'excuse me, these are staff spaces' would have worked better and investment in better...
