Had such a bad experience, please avoid. The manager/owner was so rude and was telling me her staff had left and why which was extremely unprofessional and I can now see why they did leave. The sandwiches were overpriced and the sauce was extortionate for what we got, let alone the amount of filling in the sandwiches. Would suggest a more professional attitude and reviewing what is included for the price paid. The only good point was that the flapjack was nice, but...

Would have been ok, but for the 25 minute wait for 2 customers being served very slowly. Then had to wait while they messed about with the display. I was served in 2 minutes, once the assistant acknowledged I was there. By then the queue had begun to build up. Need to be more aware of queues. Not good for business, especially at lunchtime. I found this place completely by accident but keep going back for more. There's a great selection of fresh sweets like scones, doughnuts, Bakewell Tarts etc but also an amazing range of savoury food. My favourite is a ciabatta toastie with Cajun chicken, so delicious! The staff is very friendly, you can have a chat and a laugh with them....
