McDonald's — Restaurant in North Hertfordshire

I arrived on my endeavors to Scotland with the lads when we felt that we needed a refresher at our nearest Mcdonalds. After our journey, tired and exhausted, all we wanted was to tuck in to one of those succulent big macs. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly greeted at the door by of your members Jaeden. He was so helpful and helped us order and recieve our meal in the most optimal time. After we recieved our food, Jaeden again, with his welcoming face supplied us with the goods. This meal went on to being the stimulus for our enjoyable holiday is sunny Scotland. I'd like to just say a quick mention, thanks and shoutout to one of your colleagues Jaeden. (Also I also feel that he personally deserves a raise)

Update 19/06/22 Since my last review, I am shocked at the fact that I have heard that the kind serviceman Jaeden has not being payed. I came in to the same mcdonalds on my way back from my happy holiday in scotland where I was shocked to hear from joyful Jaeden that he has not been payed. This has therefore dropped my review rating from a fabulous 5 to a terrible 3. Please can you sort this issue asap as he is clearly the only person who cares about working at mcdonalds and serving with a smile. I will not be returning to this Mcdonalds until this issue has come to a positive conclusion. Not kind regards.

Update 21/06/22 I decided to to give this Mcdonalds the benefit of doubt as I couldn't resist and/or get enough of the smiling joyful Jaeden. Apon arrival I am flabergasted to find out that the worker I once loved was not present and it has come through my various resources that he has not recieved any more shifts that fills me with a strange feeling inside. I knew that joyful Jaeden was not there when I arrived at the mcdonalds as a cloud of doubt filled my body as soon as I stepped foot in this store. PLEASE resolve this issue ASAP as I demand to see his face. Further not kind regards.

Update 05/07/22 I am pleasantly surprised to see that the peoples of Mcdonalds are hearing my prayers and provided the love of my life Jaeden Shifts!!!!. Until this one dark and stormy day where I was appauled to hear that poor Jaeden had been transfered to a different Mcdonalds temporarily which caused my heart to stop for a second because of the shock. However my happiness was uncontained when I heard that my dear Jaeden pulled a prank on some helpless customers and said that there are 4 or 5 mozzarella dippers when their were actually 20. Just like a logan paul prank video the customers ordered 3 boxes and ended up having 60 dippers instead. (As you can see Jaeden is a clear hard worker and wants to end world hunger one step at a time)

Update 7/9/2022: "Long time no see" That is what I said when I first laid a glimpse on my lover after a summer of working for their competitors KFC. I know it sounds bad that I'm working for my lovers competitors, however like romeo and juliet I WILL MAKE THIS WORK. Anyway back to the food, It was succulent as always as the Kind worker Jaedens served me quick and even allowed me to eat the food straight from his mouth. Always putting the customer first. Why can't every Mcdonalds have a jaeden. he puts a smile on my face everytime I enter this very special mcdonalds. SEE YOU SOON.

Update 17/11/22 Long time no see. That's what I said to jaed... i mean mcdonalds when I returned once again. Just like a breath of fresh air I was taken in to all of the noises and smells that I smelt. I was dumbfounded by the service I recieved as it took many light years to recieve my order that even buzz lightyear couldn't have saved this. Then it came to my attention that the generous and considerate Jaeden was nowhere to be seen. This caused a floury of emotions to engulf my mind as if I had just been stabbed in the back. So this is where I start so I have already paid for my food and I was waiting so i was watching the kitchen a staff member droped cooking utensils on the floor. accidents happen we all know that but its what happened nextis what shocked me a member of staff walked round and saw that things have droped on the floor so she picked them up and put them back on the shelf. so I said I want a full refund that is disgusting then they tried to say that they are old utensils that are not being used no more which would not add up as they where still in the kitchen and if you had someone new that did not know that where old they would use then. so as I am trying to explain this to the manager another member of staff was trying to argue with me. He had no right as I was talking to the manager. This embarrassed me as the kid was looking at me with the most disgusted look and shouting back at me which made me argue back. A few minutes after 6am I ordered a double espresso at Mc Donald's Baldock Service. I waited for this espresso about 6-7 minutes, I was alone, no other customer. The boy from the service brewed coffee, but forgot to serve it. After a few minutes of waiting, I had to call someone from the service, otherwise I would have waited even longer. Complete lack of professionalism, lack of interest in the client, both the employee and the manager were not interested in their work. The manager sipped coffee in the back of the kitchen, completely oblivious to my impatience.
