KFC Lincoln Teal Park — Restaurant in North Kesteven

Odered food waited 20 mins for it to arrive . They were more interested in these diliveroo than customers . Even drive through were treated better. Staff were arguing about orders that they had done and mistakes that they had done. When order arrived cold chips were menu of the day. When I asked for hot chips I was given another lot of cold chips . was told by one member of staff that she would make sure that I got some from the next lot of chips that came out of the frier no.problem . Then when I got them another member sarcastically said hope you don't burn yourself on them I have been in teal Park many a time and always been satisfied not yesterday . Rude staff they were all trying to get orders out no wonder they were getting them wrong . I will never return to teal road again I was absolutely disgusted with the service and the remarks . The bins were overflowing . When we left the staff were all stood around in my eyes they should have been moving things off the tables and emptying bins . What has happened at this kfc it wasn't like this 2 weeks ago . They were all pleasant and polite...

Having a KFC nearer home is great, but our first visit today was disappointing. We went through the drive-thro. We were unable to see our order on the screen so we had to hope it was being taken down correctly. Then the only drinks available to us were fruit shoots or water due to no cups. We had ordered 4 meals (2 large and 2 regular) and politely asked if they would consider exchanging the 4 fruit shoots to a bottle of Pepsi Max but we were told we would have to pay full price for the bottle on top of our meals. Slightly disappoining as all our drinks were the same size and not a choice we would ever have. We paid for large we got the same regardless of meal size. We got home and no dips had been included and one of our meals were wrong. When trying to find a contact number for the KFC, we couldn't find one on Google or the KFC website, and nor were we given a receipt so we couldn't check. Food was hot though and service seemed quick. A disappointing first visit...

Went through the drive through today, they didn't even had what I wanted so I had to rush order something else. Got to the window to pay and I was informed they won't accept my BlueLight card without it being linked to the app, which I could have done if I didn't feel rushed and the woman kept closing the window every time I didn't speak for more than five seconds, she was quite rude about it and was just like 'sorry, we don't accept it' without giving me a chance. I parked up to check my order only to find one whole meal was missing and the other 2 had items missing. Went into the shop to correct this, the staff were messing around and someone from the back chucked something to the front and the woman asked if they still had the meal I was missing. So not only were they rude and rushing me, they knew they'd missed off my order and didn't bother to try and correct this or even apologise in the shop! Not happy at all. Plus the food quality...
