7 & Eleven — Restaurant in North Norfolk

In recent times on two occasions both me and my partner have had food poisoning from this place. It seemed to originate when we called back to complain about our order being wrong. Over the past year I've spent on average like £400/month at this take away, usually £20-30 every time we ordered and we would order almost every night out of ease due to us both working away from home. I've noticed the quality of the food getting worse, they constantly got my order wrong and every time I called them back to correct the order they had an excuse which wasn't good enough in my opinion. The last order we placed the burger buns were burnt and the chicken was undercooked, the pizza tomato purée tastes sour as if it's gone off or mixed with something untoward, and to top it all of the pizza was fairly cold (cheese was hard). Best advice I can give you is don't ever complain to the store owner as you'll waste your time, be talked to like some underling and the quality of your food will go downhill from then on. Genuinely this is the last time I ever order from this place and I'll be taking my money to American pizza...

Have ordered from 7 & eleven for sometime now, we have had a few issues in the past but thought we would give them a second chance. Well tonight I won't be coming here again , as I sat down to have my kebab the HOT grease that came out of the box burnt my leg! The meat was under cooked dripping in grease, the salad tasted like chemicals, and my eldest had a belly ache instantly from the food. My dogs wouldn't even eat it. It was disgusting! From a 5 star to a 2 star, what a shame. Very tasty place, was a regular customer & often left positive reviews. But today I called up asked where my food was as it had been around 1hr 30mins then they told me that the driver has delivered my food when no one turned up tonight. I asked for a refund, they said no, now they have suspended me from making any orders on their site. Such a shame after I still say it's a tasty eatery. So I've lost £17, me dinner & me...
