Looks a nice cafe from the outside and it is on the inside too. Sunday morning, there were a handful of customers that had food and drink and one table that were waiting. Two orders in front of me. I’m a patient person and I was prepared to wait. However there were three staff, two appeared to work the till and follow each other with separate plates of food to one table while one member of staff was on the coffee machine. The two staff didn’t acknowledge those who were waiting which was odd. It all started to unravel a bit when no one helped the single member of staff operating the barista machine. Shame. IMore often than not there are a handful of people there and everyone gets chatting as it is a small, intimate and bijou space. On a few occasions it is empty but I have had great chats with the barista, particularly Hayley and also the owner Arron when he is in. The coffee is great. I leave my own mug there and the staff member is very obliging in adjusting the milk as I like my coffee strong. The loyalty scheme is great as I get 2 stamps because I have my own mug on the shelf.
