Yet another fabulous lunch at the Beach Rock Bistro. We come here every year for the lobster salad and we are never disappointed. Lovely fresh ingredients across the menu. Staff are lovely and friendly. It was lovely to be recognised when we walked in. This time I had the Eton Mess and my partner the Affogato. They did not skimp on the strawberries and meringue which normally happens. We cannot wait to go back…oh wait we’ve booked a table in another 3 days! Thank you to everyone at Beach Rock Bistro. We couldn’t leave Norfolk without visiting the Beach Rock Bistro. Amazingly delicious as ever, never disappoints. We will be back next year.

Took my dog for a walk along the beach and called at the Beach Rock Bistro afterwards. The staff were courteous and really friendly. As I had my dog with me and to save messing about, taking him inside again to get another coffee, I asked one of the ladies (Katie I think her colleague called her) if they wouldn’t mind taking the money and going to get my next coffee, she happily obliged The coffee was excellent, and found the cafe had such a relaxed atmosphere. Could easily have sat there all day (parking machine dictated otherwise 😊). The food looked excellent that was brought out, will try that next time.

We had a brunch on busy Saturday morning in April, start of the season. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a small breakfast cooked to order that tasted lovely. Great value for money. Have a professional coffee steamer setup that does good latte, cappuccino etc Quite limited seating inside. One x2, and two x4 tables. Plenty of outside tables also. Worth noting that car park is £1.50 for an hour.

Based on the other Reviews we were excited to eat here as a family.

Just wanted to say we could not fault the food, it was absolutely delicious, best fish and chips we had in such a long time.

What let it down was the staff, totally understand it’s the high season and they are busy, however every single staff member wore that on their faces, they looked angry, stressed, and they were short and snappy, really unwelcoming.

We all felt as though we were a big inconvenience and shouldn’t be there.

We over heard them saying they should be shutting the doors, it was 4pm and they close at 5pm.

Our order was wrong, brought the wrong type of coffee, an iced coffee instead of a latte. There were only 6 other people in the shop at this point.

I run a business myself, and Being busy can be stressful but it brings the money in, to me, busy is a good thing, I can only assume the staff do not own the business? If you can’t handle the service industry at the busy times then something more relaxed should perhaps be a line of work.

It’s a shame that for our experience we were left feeling not wanted and Uncomfortable. It seems many other people have had a great experience.

Absolutely great fish, shame we didn’t have the other sea food options available on the menu.

And before I’m told I should have raised a complaint by the owner as a response, I really shouldn’t have to ask staff not to be rude and unwelcoming, service comes as standard, Friendly and welcoming.

Based on the service I think we would give the place a...

Just brought two biscoff milkshakes here and I couldn't be more disappointed the worst milkshake I've ever had. They are advertised as thick Mr whippy milkshakes but was not at all thick I'm guessing this was because they used mostly milk which I'm sure was not even kept in a fridge as the milkshake wasn't even cold and the amount of Mr whippy ice-cream that went in to the milkshake was a about two table spoons so no wonder it was practically warm also worst of all the milkshake had no flavour at all other than milk. This was down to the fact they don't make the milkshake properly it was basically a plain milkshake with a very small amount of biscoff sauce on the inside of the cup and a few sprinkles of biscoff biscuits on top no flavour mixed in with the milk shake at all waste of £7 my opinion don't bother with the milkshakes just have an ice cream don't think they can get that wrong. Shame as the staff were very...

A small but lovely cafe very close to the beach. The food was excellent but where they really outdid themselves was the service. As a family we all had a great experience. From the moment we walked in (with two small children) we were made to feel very welcome. I can't recommend the bistro here highly enough. I kind of think it's like visiting your grandma except she is actually an entire family of people, has a commercial kitchen setup and gives you a menu to choose from. It's clearly a family affair and I suspect we saw three generations of the family while we were there. To bring this rambling review back on track... It was excellent, food, service, a fantastic range of drinks and ice cream. I would certainly go back. A great place to go l visit with children or...
