Extremely Disappointed with My First Experience Dear Brunched Team, I’m writing to express my disappointment with my very first order from Brunched (Order #15642626). A few close friends had spoken highly of your food, so I was genuinely excited to try it for myself. Unfortunately, the entire experience left me extremely underwhelmed and honestly, frustrated. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, which included a Full English Breakfast and an All Meat Bun. When I opened the breakfast box, I found that the butter had been placed inside with the hot food. Unsurprisingly, it had completely melted into a liquid mess leaving me with dry, unbuttered toast. A simple tip: butter should be packaged separately to avoid this entirely preventable issue. The condition of the food itself was even more disappointing. The turkey bacon was burnt to the point of being rock solid, the eggs were so overcooked that there wasn’t even a trace of yolk, and the sausages tasted like they had been reheated multiple times and left sitting for too long. To make matters worse, the portion of baked beans was embarrassingly small for what’s meant to be a "full" breakfast. Then there was the All Meat Bun. I struggle to put into words how unappetizing it was. The patty was inedible, and the bun had a rubbery, stale texture honestly, it tasted more like a car tyre than something you'd expect from a place that supposedly takes pride in food quality. For £18.40 and a 30-minute wait, I truly expected better. I don’t usually complain, but this experience was poor enough that I felt I needed to speak up. It’s a shame, because I had high hopes based on others' recommendations. I believe people enter the food business out of a passion for creating meals that bring people joy. I’d like to think that was your reason too but if so, something went very wrong with this order. Good food comes from care, attention, and pride in the details and sadly, none of that came through today. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into what happened with this order. A review of quality control and communication with your kitchen staff may be necessary to avoid disappointing more customers...

I recently visited Brunched and had a fantastic experience! We ordered a variety of dishes including the chicken tikka bites, loaded fries, loaded naga chicken, pizza, and chicken tikka rice, along with some milkshakes—and every single item was delicious. The chicken tikka bites were full of flavor and cooked perfectly, while the loaded naga chicken brought just the right amount of heat. The loaded fries were a hit—crispy, cheesy, and indulgent. Even the pizza was surprisingly good, and the chicken tikka rice had great spice and balance. The milkshakes were rich and refreshing, rounding off the meal nicely. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while but have been hesitant due to bad experiences with breakfast deliveries in my area. I’m so glad I ended up ordering from here, it definitely won’t be the last. I ordered on uber eats and got the ‘Smashcado bun’ which was smashed avocado, halloumi cheese, chilli jam and a fried egg. I was like I feral animal eating this it was so so tasty I could have ate 3 of them. I also got the biscoff and nutella pancakes as they were on offer you get 4 pancakes and they were drenched in biscoff and nutella, proper generous portions! Best part is that it came so quickly everything was still warm including the pancakes, and the halloumi was nice and melty. Best breakfast...
