This has got to be the worst McDonalds for getting orders wrong! So you make sure before you drive away you check your order and then check AGAIN after they have apparently corrected it because it could still be wrong! Who do you employ? I was there few weeks ago and caused meltdown at home as they missed burgers from our orders. I mean how can you miss the main part of the meal? They replaced our orders but my partner had to drive back when he just wanted to be at home. Then today they hand him someone elses order so he has to drive back around for them to correct it but get home and the burger is not a cheeseburger it is a mayo chicken! We have allergies too so cannot eat mayo. Honestly ridiculous. Never again will I order from here just about had enough of the constant mistakes by staff who clearly couldn’t care and just throw your food in the bag like it’s nothing. Read moreVery poor experience and service. After finishing work in the early hours of morning (4AM), I checked online to see if it was open, to which it said 24h online. As I drove to the location, the drive through was coned off, in a very dangerous way, as was a right turn only. I thought maybe the drive through was closed hence parked up nearby and walked over. As I got to entrance I saw two employees sitting on the outdoor seating area on their phones. I asked if they were open and was responded by a man saying no, don’t have staff in a very rude manor. Planned on using the drive-thru however cars were starting to back onto the main road so decided to park up and walk in. Not many parking spaces as the place is over run with Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo vehicles.
Placed my order at 10.36 via the delf service checkout and waited nearly 15 mins before I got my food and when i got back to the car realised i had been given the wrong drink. Queue was too big to go back and complain so it was wasted.
Inside the resturant there is delivery drivers everywhere taking up space, it just doesnt look right. I know its a fast food resturant but it doesnt look professsional.
Staff spend more time dealing with them than the customers in the branch. Also staff behind the counter, no urgency, basically plod about and see to process orders with minimal effort...
