First time here. It's about 10 mine walk from home. I have to disagree with a previous reviewer about food being basic. Yes it ain't a la carte. But it is excellent quality food. I had special. Hot beef sandwich and chips. Was fab. Lashings of gravy. Condiments a plenty. And ye don't get this very often, but real chips. Not frozen c*p. I really enjoyed the meal. Can't thank the manager and his staff enough for a fantastic afternoon on Friday, we had a surprise reunion for a dear friend's birthday who has had a stroke and hadn't seen many of his ex colleagues for 12 months, the Two Pennies was a lovely cosy venue, the staff are all really lovely and helpful and the buffet they put on for us was fantastic albeit far too much, very good value for money, and the music was great, I wud 100% recommend this venue for a party, thank you...
