Bob & Berts Coleraine — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Went here for breakfast with my daughter and partner order a Nutella stack a pancake stack with bacon and I ordered waffle French toast with bacon and cinnamon all came to almost £30 anyways got our food and all I can say is if you Like the taste of charcoal in your mouth all day go here the bacon was inedible the waffle was even French toast it was a barely heated waffle no cinnamon just that with black bacon threw on top it was disgusting my partners bacon was the same il never be back for the amount I paid also it was one waffle and black bacon for £6.95 the staff behind the tills also taking my order looked like they would rather be anywhere but there was no hello what can I get you or even a thank you her face and eye roll said it all so yeah won’t be back...

Bob and Bert's is situated in the diamond, as you walk up to it you don't realize how big it is until you walk in, the variety of food on the menu is really good and their tea coffees etc is very good the seating is pretty good and well spaced out, the staff are very quick and very efficient and friendly , my only advice would be to have an area set aside for disabled people as there was a lady in a mobility wheel chair who had difficulty being able to sit near the table, also young girls where running up and down and almost banging into people with trays there needs to be a sign up to say no running , but other than that a wonderful place to go for a...

Usually the place is great, however this time the food was extremely underwhelming, I ordered the honey chicken and it was way to sweet, the veg in the dish where lukewarm and tasteless, my girlfriend ordered a fry and it was under cooked and awful!, the avocado has so much lemon in it it’s bitter, when we mentioned it to the staff we got looked at like we have 10 heads, didnt respect our opinions just argued we where wrong, don’t recommend if u want to go somewhere and get treated with some type of respect, not to mention a fry and a chicken and chips with a coke was £27!!, overpriced for sub par filling...
