Burger King — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

They got my order wrong and when I got back half an hour after ( it was take away) the manager(old blond hair woman) was shouting and yelling at her staff at the front counter in front of everybody. When asked to replace the wrong burgers she replied that is not her fault I did not checked my food before leaving and refused. After waiting for about half an hour to be served and only asking to replace the burgers they got wrong she should have been more polite as a manager. Absolutely disgraceful, I am amazed what people do for money... Bad experience,...

Horrible place and worse staff. The man who served me first took a coupon for my £1 chilli cheese bites I then tried to use a code for a £3 whopper Wednesday deal and he just pointed at a sign that read that I could only redeem 1 code per order so I asked could he put a separate order and I can buy the whopper and he pointed to the sign again and walked off into the back. Very rude and I will not be going back. Why do an offer if you’re not allowed to use it?...

The wee server behind the til was excellent (I believe her name was Angel), very polite and got our order just right. Unfortunately the guy behind her cooking the burgers got the order wrong and was extremely rude to her blaming her for his mistake really hoping he wasnt her superior as his attitude was appalling.
