The food and drinks are delicious. We went for breakfast, took away a snack for later (peanut butter stacks - amazing) and then headed back there again the next day for lunch. The staff are very friendly and the music adds a positive atmosphere to the place. It's a place that is always on our to do list when we visit Northern Ireland.

One of the worst experiences I ever had at a coffee shop, staff very rude, unprofessional and horrible customer skills! Served at the table, tray left at the table, no sugar was provided for the coffee, all coffees were burned, my cup was dirty and chipped !

Variety of choices for delicious breakfast with reasonable price. We loved the chicken waffles :) Lots of space to sit in the restaurant. Parking lot is available nearby.

Called in today with the wife an 2 kids for a quick bite and gotta say the whole thing was a bit disappointing. For a start the price. 3 Frys, 2 coffees and 2 kids drinks, £36?? Was about to ask if they'd got it correct when I was reached the receipt. When I'd asked for 3 frys, the girl asked if I wanted white or brown toast? She didn't say that it was an extra, I assumed it came with it. That was an extra £3. And has to be said it was no more that ever so slightly toasted, white as it started. Much the same with the pancake, soda and fadge. Sausage and bacon were OK but it really wasn't worth anywhere near £8.75 each. And unlike most cafes round the town, tea and coffe are not complimentary. The kids drinks were another £3.30 and again simply not worth it. I'm not one to complain but I'd decided that when a staff member came round to ask if everything was OK I'd mention my views, but that never happened. Probably be our last visit. There's just much better value and quality to be...

Interesting to say the least in a world concerned greatly on health and safety. I carried my coffees to the table and burned my hand. Flat white was put in a glass with no handle....it was very hot. I'm glad I did this because the coffee was for my elderly mother whom I take out of the nursing home for treats. This most definitely would have burnt her. I took it back to the till and pointed this out and was told this was Bob and berts standard glass for flat white coffee. Cashier had no interest whatsoever in this concern I had pointed out. I had to ask her to put it into a cup with a handle. Apart from this issue the place was clean an inviting. Food and...

This is now my favourite coffee place. Their large Americano is a bucket-sized, manly mug of undiluted delight and they offer a range of food that is unsurpassed anywhere else in the town. We mostly visit on a Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon and get to sit at the window and watch the world go by. There is ample seating throughout, even at busy times, and you'll never feel cramped because the tables are well spaced. The staff are friendly and everyone seems always to be on top form. It would be my first thought of where to go to for coffee...
