Been going to Nobels for years the odd time for mainly the Fry up which is amazing. I love being able to choose what I want. Not many places do that which is annoying. I can't fault any of the food I eat, the only thing i would like is when you order a pancake item, they give you half a pancake, they taste so good but half a pancake really? A would much prefer a full one especially when it's £1 per item roughly.

The place is always packed especially around noon but they usually get you a seat really quickly and service is great. They don't really give you enough time to order to be fair, a little annoying. They are great when I have to take my baby and pram in and make sure we have a seat where the pram fits which I love.

I have tried the burger and chips there a couple of times and it is really good. It always fills me up and can barely finish the burger. It's not huge portions you get but I don't mind as I tend to fill up easily.

I've also tried the club sandwich and soup, soup wasn't that great to be honest. I think they only had potato and leek. Disappointing. Sandwich I actually preferred.

Cash only (there is a cash machine across the road thankfully) also they don't really like it if you pay separatly. They put all of your meals onto one bill. So be aware of that.

This place is one of those places I love going to especially for their fry ups. Highly recommended if you...

Fast and efficient, tables not enough room to move and relax on.. A bit rushed though food average and portions not big. Would recommend to try for yourself.. Staff not very friendly, they rush you and needs to learn some manners!! They only take cash, maybe dodging tax and balancing their own books. I think the only cafe should go with the times and get a card machine due to covid pandemic and also they should been advised card payments where possible. The food was just okay I wouldn't rush back. I had steak chilli pasta,as the pasta was over cooked and could do with more flavours and had very little steak pieces. They should do an app where you can order food and sign in with your with your contact details from your device from your table to get table service, and cut down staff ,to avoid the spread of covid and practice social distancing measures. There is a bar code on table to view menu only and not to order this should be implemented in the foreseeable. Lots off improvements need to addressed. Let's stop the...

Cafe Nobel seems to have been in Ballymena for a lifetime. The staff are always great but the main reason I cannot rate it higher is the food, it always disappoints.

Every now and then I always seem to give the place another try but the food always ends up either average or below average. Today we had an average burger and chips, and a 1 star Carbonara that would be like spiting in the face of any Italian.

Last time, it was an extremely salty risotto dish. I am not much of a complainer to be honest so I only said something when they ask was everything OK. I said the dish very salty, they apologized and said they would let the chef know and that was that.

To this day, they still don't take card payment which is insane. Even the fruit & veg stalls at the Saturday market take card.

The only food I could recommend getting is the scones, which are very good with the...

Went in this afternoon to grab lunch, got a toastie served with soup the food was fab. Can’t say the same for the coffee, I ordered a flat white made with soya milk and honeycomb syrup. When served the coffee I realised that the milk was off as it curdled when I stirred it in the cup I brought this to the staffs attention and asked for an americano instead. When I went up to pay I mentioned again the milk was off again to another staff member to make them aware that they served me sour milk and yet to my surprise I was still charged!

Stopped into Nobels Cafe in Ballymena for the first time and was seriously impressed! It’s like “cafe meets kanban” – everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Had the best cup of tea I’ve had in ages, perfectly brewed with enough teabags for a proper strong cuppa. The Ulster fry was hands down the best I’ve had in a long time – probably the best in County Antrim! The place was spotless, including the toilets which were exceptionally clean and tidy. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back soon!

enjoy a good chicken burger here. the staff where all pretty friendly. nice enviroment to relax for a bit of lunch. However one down fall which can easily fixed we had one pot of tea for two of us with a single weak tea bag . All in all i enjoyed my meal and pretty good value for money. I would recommend giving this place a go.
