Ordered pizza at 5:20 as i was ordering the app crashed payment had came out of the bank called up to make sure food had been ordered was told yes all was ordered food would be delivered as soon as possible. 40 mins later called back was put on hold 3/4 times to try and find out what happened the girl then put a man in the phone who then tried to tell me I pressed the back button on the phone that’s why the order did not go thew I use an iPhone no back button Second time being lied to he then went all to say he was going to give the member of staff a hard time and was going to send him home not great customer service didn’t offer to take my order then after 10 mins on the phone I gave up and said we would have to order food elsewhere he said ok and hung up. If I could give a zero * rating it would be to high.. past experience has been bad and decided to give it another go last time food was horrible looked like someone flung it against the wall driver was rude and late this time I placed an order and almost an hour after the delivery tine I rang and asked what the hold up was I was out on hold and then told it was cancelled nobody rang no alert no email or text then told I've to wait 10-14 days for a refund!.. No professionalism no standards at all Dungannon store is clearly ran by morons or a load of kids. Would rather make a cheese toasty than eat from this site again standards are so low avoid and stay clear there are much better options available...
