Four Star Pizza Newtownabbey — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Placed an order with a friend. He got his pizza and sides after about 30mins. I waited for another 20mins. Kept being told it would be ready soon. Then they realised it wasnt even in the system the whole time, even tho i had paid. My friend had eaten his large pizza including 2 sides, and I'm still standing waiting. Friends back at the house had went and got Chinese and had eaten it and my pizza wasnt even being made. Finally after at least one hour the pizza comes out but they said they couldn't do the wings I had paid for because they take 10mins to cook. They basically wanted us out. Told I'd get a full refund but was a few pound short of that. Nightmare. First and last time I'll use this place. Staff were nice enough but they just hadn't a clue from what I seen. Pizza...

I ordered pepperoni, jalapenos and garlic 'flakes'. When the pizza arrived it was barely warm and the garlic flakes weren't flakes they were small chunks or garlic clove (pictures attached) and they were all over the pizza to the point I could taste nothing but garlic. The amount of jalapenos was beyond what should be on a 9inch pizza. Clearly haven't heard of quality over quantity. I've ordered out of here before and it's been okay but...

This is the third time we've had pizzas from Four Star. The first time, the food was nice; the second time, it was just okay. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again, but the food is still just okay - we won't use them again.
