Juniors Fish & Chips — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Had from here maybe 10 times, first few times were grand. Orders correct, hot, exactly as you'd expect. I would've gave 5 stars for these visits (we usually collect).

But the last 3 times in a row after ordering on Just Eat (literally written in black and white ordering, kind of hard to mess up..) there is always something wrong which of course always ends up with us having to phone up, be told to come back or wait for a delivery (something I wouldn't recommend here if you're hungry). So it's back in the car, round we go just to get what we ordered in the first place.

If it was a bargain chippy that's fair enough, but it's a dear enough place for a chippy.

However, the food we do get is USUALLY tasty. Of sometimes we get it and it's cold. Not sure we'll keep using it to be honest. The good times aren't...

Absolutely appalling service, never been spoke to like i was in this chip shop today. A hand raised at my face and told " give me a minuet " sharply, baring in mind i had been ignored for the first few minutes i was in there on my own and finely asked what i would like to order.

Never have i heard anyone talk to someone like that never mind me in a restaurant/take away.

Will not be back and wouldnt advise anyone to unless they would like to be humiliated.

Strangely the following line is on there website :-

" For excellent fish & chips and service with a smile call juniors today. "

Nothing could be further from the truth.

What has happened to this chippy? I have ordered from here since they opened but unfortunately my last 3 orders have been wrong. Each time I brought this to the staffs attention they just say “ sorry about that” but then got my order wrong again. I brought this to the attention of management and they said they would have replaced the order free of charge but this didn’t happen. The management was very condescending and said “ we are very proud of our customer service, merry Christmas” Basically he was saying clear off, we don’t need your custom anyway. Arrogance...
