Ambiente is like a gas station. Food tastes like it looks... I wouldn't even serve this in prison. They charge you 9.5£ PER ITEM!!! Stay away from this horror kitchen shack. Chef Mike (Microwave) is taken care of every "food" that leaves the counter. 9.5£ Jesus H. Christ! Ps: my lovely Italians, don't take a chance on the pasta, this is the worst I ever encountered. Horrible, rude and sluggish staff. I waited in the queue for 10 minutes and it wasn't even moving. When I asked them, all they said was to wait. My bus was leaving for Dublin and I really wanted a coffee. They almost made me miss my bus. I thought they were racist.

Can’t fault the food - definitely recommend the cheese and ham toastie. The service system wasn’t great, the only customer touchpoint was through a small hatch. It meant a lot of people hanging around in the same area waiting for their food, as well as the queue. Having separate hatches for taking orders and serving food would work better, or just ditching the hatch system altogether and offer table service...
