Tusk — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

We popped up to Strabane last minute as it is my birthday and we decided to eat out. Quick call to Tusk and we'd booked the table beside the fish tank as our daughter is autistic and they cater for ASD children and adults. What an amazing atmosphere for those who struggle with sensory overloads. Our server, Caitlin was so welcoming and our daughter took a real shine to her. The food was just delicious, and great value. When 2 other servers, Cáoladh and Niamh, started their shift they were just as lovely with Ada. We will be definitely be returning and I'm so pleased to find such an ASD friendly restaurant in the heart of Strabane. Keep up the good work and we will be telling other parents of ASD children of the quality and acceptance of kids that find eating out uncomfortable and actually do make the effort, and a clear difference when compared with other establishments that say they are...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tusk Indian restaurant, and I must say, the food was absolutely delightful! Every dish was packed with bold, vibrant flavors, and you could tell that fresh ingredients and authentic spices were used in each dish. Terrible place. The dishes and drinks shown in the photos and on Instagram do not match reality — and they don’t taste good either. The smell of fried meat inside is overwhelming — please install proper ventilation in the dining areas. It’s hard to breathe. I had to leave early because of the unbearable smell.
