Not happy with your returns policy !! Any other shop will give you a credit note or an exchange if something is unsuitable!! My husband shops here, as I do myself but my husband does a big shop three times a year and spends between £600/£800 . As he is a very busy business man he doesn't shop that often. But a pair of jeans that were unsuitable at £55 he went to the loss of because he had no receipt and it was more then two weeks since he purchased his items. Now now one explained to us the returns or non return policy, am sorry to say this as I don't mean to get anyone into trouble. But I really really think your returns policy is ridiculous!! Plus I also forgot my points card today and only to be told that I couldn't keep my receipt to get the points added on next time am in shopping !!! Absolutely fuming ! Am sorry but id like to think your a 5 star beautiful shop ,, but totally totally disagree with the way your customers are treated with your policy regarding returns, exchanges and the points card like...

I was delighted but nervous as I had never heard of Cilento Designer Wear in Ireland before and living in the UK could not visit the store. I went ahead with the purchase and my experience was great. Communication was excellent, and when I sent an email with regards to delivery timescale, as I purchased New Year’s Eve, the reply was above and beyond. A lovely lady actually phoned me to advise when the courier would be collecting my parcel from them to deliver to me. Customer service was fantastic and my beautiful dress arrived, well packaged and on the day they stated it would. . Your returns policy really needs to be explained in full to every single customer before unsuspecting customers make a purchase, including that your credit notes also have restrictions on them
Returned a full-price item of clothing, one day after purchasing, as I realised when I got home that it didn’t work with my jacket. No refund. You kept MY money. You issued a credit note which has restrictions. So you have MY money, and your clothing to re-sell, and I have a credit note with restrictions attached to its use. I see now I’m not the first customer to fall foul of your returns policy. ADVISE YOUR CUSTOMERS PRIOR TO TAKING OUR MONEY. I wish you all the best...
