Avocafé by Nutri2Go — Restaurant in Nottingham

Third time here. Everytime you go the staff especially the lady who I believe to be the manager greet you with awkwardness and frowns.

Went in today and was made to feel awkward from the start, I have no idea why as they seem to be very friendly and polite to other customers who are dining in.

Makes me think what possible reason they could have to make you feel this way.

There’s no hello there’s no would you like a menu just basically told to sit wherever I want too.

When I went to place my order the manager didn’t smile didn’t once make any eye contact. Took my order at 3.20 pm and didn’t say thank you or be polite at any point. All she could tell me was “ just to let you know we close at 4pm “

Food served was within 5-10mins again no communication just dropped the food on the table and as we left and walked past the manager she didn’t acknowledge us or made any effort to make us feel welcomed.

This has happened on each occasion I’ve been here, they are not friendly or make you feel welcome but you see them smiling and being courteous with the other customers.

Won’t be visiting this place again.

You can’t blame the staff for lacking basic manners if the manager sets the example.

It’s shame as the food is really nice, but I am writing this review about the awful customer service they give to certain people. Maybe my type of custom isn’t what they want in their establishment.

I was asked to review my review by the owner so here it is I went here the day before yesterday and

They are not friendly and welcoming no one really even spoke to anyone except the manager who has replied spent time on her phone

I got scrambled eggs with toast and salmon eggs forgot to mention the precious salmon

Yes I got my toast redone cuz it was burnt and I couldn't eat it due to tooth problems I am having and the manager had a song and dance about it as if I asked her to re do me a 5 course meal saying I should of said before well you can clearly see its burnt it had nothing to do with the type of bread

4 as for people not communicating I stand by what I said each person is sat with their friends on their laptops and phones talking to each other no one tries to communicate with anyone else

I didnt see any of the people moving as u said when it's busy u find people seats most of the people were juat sitting with baisicly nothing or a sad bit of drink talking

Wonderful Avo Cafe!

You can tell that this local cafe really cares for its staff and customers both to excellent standards! Everyone that works here is bubbly and friendly going above and beyond to ensure everyone leaves feeling cared for.

The food and beverage offers a great range of vegan and gluten free options that is good for body and mind (açai bowl here is amazing top choice!). The facilities are welcoming and inclusive with bright natural colours throughout, lots of healthy plants. The toilet facilities are inclusive with good disability access.
