This is the worse Chinese takeaway I’ve ever went to!

First I asked the man if the peppercorn chips come with onions, chilli flakes and peppers (like other chineses do) as I was craving them. he said yes, yes, yes. It was a lie to get our customer service.

The curry sauce was watery and tasteless. Worse then what you could have made at home blindfolded!

The peppercorn chips had a few chilli’s threw on top and nothing else, at all! Paid extra for a normal tasteless portion of chips.

The happy meal seemed like a good deal until we received the food, the crispy chicken wasn’t crispy and had no flavour, the egg fried rice tasted plain and all over the food was terrible and tasteless.

When I got home and noticed the chips I did ring the takeaway and asked the man why he lied about the chips, he said he never said they came with peppers and onions, there was 3 witnesses. And that was the first thing I asked him as I was craving the chips and would have went else where if he had said no.

He did offer 5 pounds off the next order, which will NEVER get used as I will not be coming here again.

I purchased the food on Saturday, it has been 2 days and I am still upset thinking about how tasteless the food was and the money I have wasted on this place that evening.

Ordered at 9:44 delivered at 10:15 well ahead of the 10:35 estimated delivery time.

The chicken balls are crispy, not oily which is nice, chicken inside isn't overcooked either.

The Sweet and Sour Chicken is good, decent portion to match the rice.

Crispy beef is very crispy and oh Lord the chilli's they use are spicy, very appreciated but not for the faint of heart.

The order came with a huge bag of free prawn crackers and a couple of fortune cookies.

Customer service was also great I called in to check everything was okay with my order and the guy who answered was very professional and courteous, not rushing me to speak faster like some other takeaways.

The delivery guy came to exactly where I asked him to and called in just before he arrived.

All in all a very good meal, enough food for 2 and thoughtly...

Possibly the worst takeaway ever! Never ordered from here before but some friends had used the previous Menu place & said it was good - so we thought we'd give it a go. We ordered crispy duck ( they forgot to send the sauce, spring onions & cucumber ) rang them & they then delivered them with a 'complimentary' can of coke.
