Greggs — Restaurant in Nottingham

If you like Gregg's pizza, I'd avoid this store as they NEVER cook it properly. It's more like hot bread with a sh!t ton of tomato sauce spread onto it, then a tiny sprinkling of cheese scattered on top. I've been in when they've sold out and I've asked them to put one in the oven for me. They say it'll take 5 mins, but they usually take it out within about 2 mins, so it's barely cooked. I always ask them to put it back in the oven for a couple more mins, but they look at me like I'm asking them to cut it up and personally feed it to me or something. There were no options for zero stars unfortunately! This place is an absolute joke! I've been in here several times, queued (for an age) only to find out it's cash only! The staff are polite, when there is more than one serving (rarely) but there is clearly to much for them to do behind the scenes, for them to be serving the customers waiting for the rewards of their labor! The food is average, however often the bacon, sausages or even the pizza is burned or just tough like it's been there hours!

One if the worst stores in the franchise around Nottingham. 10-15 minute waiting nearly EVERY SINGLE DAY to get served. While 3-4 members of staff are convasating and not serving customers. An endless stream of customers walk in and get fed up on the wait time to be served,as it takes a large portion of your break, turn back around and exit the shop promptly.

Hopefully you can strive to have better customer service as other branches in Nottingham seems to be spot on while this store seems to be the least productive and an acception to "providing great...
