SERVICE SHOCKING .
We went here today for lunch, there was a group of 8 in total we ordered in 3 separate orders all to the same table number so appreciate that the food wasn’t going to come out together!
The couple that ordered last food came 1st very quickly in fact with the two starters on the 1st order , But the two meals which was on the 2nd order never came after 40 minutes of waiting we asked and the reply of the man behind the bar . Is the it’s because you didn’t order together so I said well they ordered before the meals we do have . And his reply they just cook and send as there ready No sorry ! Another 15 minutes passed an no sign of the food ! At this time we was ready for our deserts so I asked for these and again asked again how much longer for the other two meals Then the lady was very rude and said we already hurried them along they will come when it’s ready ! still no sorry 55 minutes in and the rest of the table had finished and still missing two meals . They then brought out our deserts and still no sign of the last two meals , when asking again he said it’s because the order was on a different screen . bear in mind we had ordered a hour ago at this point and asked 3 times ! No sorry no apologies so we asked for the money back for the last two and never received them !! service was shocking fair enough if they lost the order but all they had to do was apologise and say they was going to cook it now it will be another 20 mins ! But there rude attitude made us not even want to wait any longer then a hour for it ! They can’t even be bothered to clear starters before bringing the mains which they still left the starter plates on the tables they even brought the deserts which we ate with our stater and main plates on the table they did not once check back and see l if everything was ok with our food ! Would definitely not recommend just because the service is absolutely shocking the staff definitely need some customer service training !!!

Read moreSo this Harvester is on a app called "too good to go" and it's a fantastic app that helps prevent food waste by offering unused rotisserie chickens and salad at the end of the night at a discounted rate. However, not being impressed at all is an understatement, once again this store has cancelled my order 10 minutes before the collection time.(I live 25 mins away in Arnold). This is the third time this store has cancelled at really short notice. I was just over half way there when I was fortunate enough to see the cancellation email notification come through on my smart watch. So now I've not only waited until late for my dinner but it's been cancelled again. Ive had a winge to "too good to go" and said they need to have a word with these guys. I understand that if the food is not there to give away then that's great because nothing is going to waste, (that's the point of the app) but someone needs to be checking and canceling "too good to go" orders in fair time before collection time.
Why offer this service if you just keep messing people around? I've used too good to go frequently in the past (and from this restaurant before) and never had this issue. What's going on guys?

I understand how the "too good to go" app works I've just explained it in the review, I don't need to be reading how the terms and conditions are worded in the app. You guys are the ones who need to check out the rules because it says that the store is responsible for cancelling orders in a fair time in advance before the collection period starts.
My complaint isn't because there was nothing going to waste(that's a good thing) my complaint is you've cancelled AGAIN literally 10 minutes before collection. Is it really too difficult to get someone to check what's left at 20.15 and decide if there's enough for "too good to go" before people start making their way to you!...
Read moreWe came to celebrate my birthday at 7.30pm. Seating and ordering was good. However our seats had chips on them. It wasn't busy, with lots of empty tables. We visited the salad bar, many of the salad items were missing and what was there looked like it had be thrown around. There was more food outside of the containers than in. Of the 3 topping containers only 1 had something in. The sauces had no labels. My husband decided not to have the salad, due to the state of it and went for bread. There wasn't any. I asked the waiter for bread and saw him him go to the kitchen. We waited 4 mins and then someone from the kitchen came over to see what we were waiting for. We told them bread. They did look at the state of the salad bar. We waited again but nothing came. In the end we had to leave it as my husband is disabled and could no longer stand. The food came quite quickly. I had the half chicken which was very nice. Sadly the corn that came with it was slushy like it had been boiled for a long time. My husband had the chicken skewers, he found these dry and so left most of it. We took it home for our dogs, who enjoy a good chew. My son had the mixed grill, he also found a lot of it dry. The dogs ate well. When we finished the eating area was empty, the salad bar the same. I can only assume they had decided not to refill it. On visiting the ladies toilet, in the first was two toilet lids and a toilet seat unattached, in the 2nd no.lid and an unattached seat. The 3rd looked OK, but sadly no toilet paper, probably because there was a lot all of the toilet area. Have been visiting for over 20 years unlikely...
