Complaint Bri at store 61874 at 11:36 Friday 25th august 2023. Bri was unprofessional and rude. Bri took my order without asking for a name. Bri asked if it was an instore order or take out - I confirmed in store and they made my grande Macha tea latte in a paper cup and didnāt call it out so I didnāt know it was there (I was with my 2 children under 5 so couldnāt just stand waiting). When I found the drink I explained it was cold as they had not called it out and also it was in a paper cup not a mug. Bri handed me two pain au chocolat on one plate with no knife or napkin. I asked for a knife and a second plate as each pain au chocolate was for a separate child. Bri just ignored me and started making drinks despite them having a registered till open. Bri did sure enjoy making the most out of being awkward to a person alone with 2 young kids. Ā£25 I spent in your store. And several tables were absolutely disgusting. Filthy take out cups. I requested for a glass of water with ice with my drinks, she just gave me a glass of water with lid and then when I asked for some ice she denied saying that I have to purchase a bottle and before I could say anything further, she shut the window on my face.
I, being a regular customer, always place order for minimum 2 drinks and canāt I expect for a glass a water with ice if needed? I would have bought a bottle as well but with someone shutting the window, why would I ? Especially why such attitude?
With such rude behaviour, I have stopped going to this store because of this person as she is always there in the morning, even on weekends. And I am not starting my day with such bad attitude and behaviour.
I wonāt be your customer anymore but for others, please train your staff to behave with...

Got there 40 minutes after they opened but the automatic door wasnāt unlocked yet, and the staff member made eye contact with us and took like 1-2 minutes before she came over and unlocked it - but then she just completely ignored us and went outside to do something. We stood at the register for another couple of minutes while the other staff member also ignored us (she was doing literally nothing, we were the only peeps there and she was just standing behind the counter waiting for drive-thru cars I guess) to the point where we had to ask her if they were even open, she said yes but then kept ignoring us. The first staff member came back and said sorry, she thought we would be getting served by the other girl.
