Rotana Restaurant — Restaurant in Nottingham

This was the WORST experience that we had in a restaurant, let me start with all details: We arrived at the restaurant and asked to be seated and was told pick any table, well as a group of 7 we picked one table that could fit all of us, bear in mind all tables that were free were dirty, after 10 min seated we had to ask for someone to clean the table because we wanted to order!!! Finally someone came with with some soup, (table was still dirty) 2 min later came someone to clean the table and started spraying the product to clean the table. We made our order and waited around 40 min or more for our food, meanwhile, the waiters never came to the table, i had to go ask why is taking so long, nothing to “munch” while we waiting, nobody liked the soup, they saw we didn’t touch but never came to collect. Well here it comes the food, they put the tray on the table and some naan breads and left, did i mention we had NO PLATES??? Food was getting cold and so naan bread became hard…So we had to ask for plates, and they brought us dessert plates, yes mini plates for us to eat and yeah i had to ask for cutlery and they had the nerves to ask me how many??? Jokes she could see its 7 of us. Only positive is the meat was nice and tasty but to be honest after almost 1 hour waiting i lost my appetite and didn’t really enjoy the food plus on those mini plates. The service was horrible, they don’t have catering skills, we will never come back to this place again!!! Whoever’s want to know this place this is...

Possibly one of the best meals I have ever eaten when comparing with all the food I had ordered in the past from Deliveroo (Nottingham) and I use deliveroo on a daily basis.

Often I get put off from eating food from half of the restaurants that are on the platform after couple of mouthfuls. As they are often over seasoned and some to the extent had made me feel slightly ill afterwards.

But every element of the dishes made by Today Grill House are seasoned on point, from the chicken to the rice. The Chicken Khozy and the colored rice deserve special mention. Obviously a lot of work had been put into perfecting the dishes with rice of different textures being incorporated into the dishes.

The only thing sad about it is I haven’t got an extra stomach to contain all these deliciousness because portions are generous. I would consider eating from here every day if I wasn’t gonna go on a juice...

I called in for a collection order, one of their waitresses answered the phone. As I was stating about my previous experience at the restaurant, as the meat was really bad and was not edible, and it smelt also. The owner of the restraunt started to become rude and disrespectful and started to say “bring the meat back” I asked for a discount next time I arrive, in which I wanted to enquire about. The waitress (who is a female) interrupted me and said “can you call back on a normal number” my number is normal, and she insisted to place the order before I wanted to ask about what had happened last time at the restaurant with the order. She interrupted me and she was dismissive, rude and disrespectful and such behaviours I do not tolerate at all. I am a man of very high values and I am a highly valuable man and I do not tolerate any sort of...
