Visited here for the Joshua versus Ngannou fight and I have never experienced such poor service. We ordered a curry and asked if the chicken was boneless. The waitress serving us told us that it was boneless. However, when it arrived it was very clearly not boneless. When it arrived I had asked the waitress about this and barely received a sorry. The senior waiter stated that the waitress taking our order was new. It is not of my concern when she started, it is my concern that staff understand the menu they are serving. I do not blame the new waitress as she answered to what she knew (but obviously was incorrect). Better training should be provided when allowing novice staff to take such large orders. Alongside this food arrived at very staggered times despite them saying it would be ready all together. We had arrived at 8 at the restaurant and multiple times over the course of the night we had missing items to our orders and some items not arriving at all. Alongside having to chase drinks for over half an hour each time. The food quality was on average but satisfactory for the price paid. However, the service and lack of organisation really let the whole experience down. Also, they had asked up to pay part of the bill at 3 different times of the night. I understand paying for food once finished, but asking us to pay for things that still hadn’t arrived caused a lot of confusion between other staff members. We had been asked to pay the same drinks bill twice on one occasion due to lack of communication between staff. The whole structure needs serious work to improve customer experience. Either let us pay once we have ordered, received the food or at the end of the night. Not at random times. The shisha was satisfactory but the drinks orders really did affect this experience similar to the food. Also The Garden staff seemed to be reluctant to put on their heaters. Not sure why when asked they would pass the responsibility to another staff member. However, this leads on to the only positive of the whole experience. One of the staff, an older gentleman, is a real credit to this company. I am sorry that I didn’t catch his name but he did mention that he is Kurdish is a gem. Very friendly and really did go the extra mile to help us out. It is a shame he did not serve us the whole night.

Overall staff training, organisation and structure needs a real change to prevent poor experiences like this again. Also, try and resolve issues with customers rather than blame other staff members who you have failed to teach. I will not be visiting here again and advise others to seek other venues in the area as they have much better food, provide a better experience and attempt to...

Have you ever tried to imagine how the first garden that existed looked like? Do you want to feel the summer and get tanned by the colors of the rainbow lights and heating umbrellas? Oh, yes! That sounds great!

What about relaxing and forgetting about your struggles for a few moments? Do not tell me... I know the answer...

Well, you do not have to imagine anymore and you do not have to wait anymore to treat yourself with radical love… THE GARDEN IS THE ANSWER AND THE WAY to take care of yourself, the way you deserve it.

It is not my first time in this wonderful lounge and for good reasons I will keep coming. I just love that whenever I need inspiration and reflecting on my dreams, the things that I have achieved so far and planning my future or just chilling, staying updated with the news or catching up with my friends from abroad, I can just go down to this beautiful garden, where the music is at the same time calming and entertaining.

The colourful dynamic lights and the bubbles in the shisha base and the LED lights next to the walls bless you with the relaxing, inspiring and empowering feelings.

The sofas and the round chairs are very comfortable and clean and the place is fairly well looked after. I do like very much the heating that pours from above the sofas like a long longed desired love. I do appreciate the fact that there are lots of sockets and USB powered plugs so you can be always safe being connected with your world.

There are two big Smart TVs on two of the walls and a big projected screen that help you to immerse yourself in the music that is playing.

I am so grateful to the people running this lounge for their hospitality, good manners and for looking after this place.

Tonight I am enjoying an English Tea along with a shisha which has the frozen apple and raspberry flavours… The taste that it leaves in the mouth is very nice and refreshing.

The menu has a lot of character and lots of desserts, refreshments and shisha options to please anyone’s desires.

This Lounge can be found near the Jubilee Campus on Ilkenkson Road and the door leading to it is in the back of the White Horse Cafe and take-away. I can not finish this review without mentioning the feeling that you get when you look at the plants around and at their shadows edge rainbowed on the walls. As well at the entrance, next to the till there is a waiting swing inviting you to remember the good times.

I do love this lounge and I do think that it needs more attention and that you would like it as much as I do.
