I want to give you some Disappointing Feedback for my Visit. My Wife had booked a Table for 3 for Mother's Day from the Website as it showed a Set 3 Course Meal and the Menu seemed very nice, when we got to the Restaurant we asked the Young lady where the Menu was for Mother's Day a older Blonde hair lady came to us and said well we have been doing Carvery's now for 5Weeks therefore we are sticking with that we also have the normal Menu, she then said have you booked it off the Website I said yes she replied yeah they haven't updated it yet Disappointment number 1.
Whilst eating our food there was 2 young Girls who cleaned the tables they were stood together when one of them asked if the food was ok I said yes as we had only just started on our Starters not 5Minutes later the Ginger hair girl asked me again how's the food I replied the same as it was 5 minutes ago, I under stand asking people if the foods ok but to ask not once not twice but 6 times is a little to much especially as they were both stood together the 1st time. what annoyed me even more was as soon as I had finished my last Chicken Wing the girl removed my dish without asking if it was ok, the black hair girl then came back and said do you want your Main I said no thanks I've just finished my Starter please give me 5minutes all of a sudden she was back with my Mains obviously my wife and Mother In Law had opted for the Carvery so they was in a queue which took awhile and the Carvery wasn't the best to be told you can only have 1 piece of Crackling isn't the best especially when the piece is about 5cm by 5cm.
My Wife doesn't like Confrontation where as I don't mind it especially if I feel people need to be told the Service or Food isn't up to scratch but as my Mother-In-Law was with us I decided id just send an Email, so overall our visit wasn't the best and I hope you can see why we were so very disappointed to be advertising a Set Menu then to be told no we are doing that now seems like false advertising and there were several people who had also done what we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRACIST RESTAURANT I wish there was a way to give 0 stars Went there for a meal with my girlfriend, as we walk in there are (white) people in front of us getting greeted then when we walk past they just look at us and say nothing, I go up to order mine and my girlfriends food and there are only 3 people ahead of me , and I was in that line for 18 minutes before I got to the front because apparently the staff think it's more important to talk to their customers about their hair and nails rather than serve them, as I finally get to the front of the line the woman decides to look at me and say " I need to go down to the cellar I'll be right back" then only returned 7 minutes later, then when I was ordering me food she decided to act like she didn't speak perfectly fine English, every time I told her what I wanted she kept saying "what sorry, what sorry" Then when I finally get her to understand what the hell im saying and give her my money she decides to then test my money to make sure it's not fake for at least 2 minutes, I witnessed her serve 3 people before me (white people) who all paid cash and she didn't check any of there money at all she just put it in the till, the restaurant only had 4 other small families there and our food took REDICULOUS time to get to us, the guy sitting next to me (white guy) came in 10 minutes after I ordered my food and he got his food before us then when I finally get my food I look to my right and see the guy next to me ordered the same thing and then I look down at my food and the amount of food he had on his plate was TWICE the size of mine, I asked him what he got and he got the same meal, all in all this restaurant needs to be boycotted by all black people because I feel like they treated me and my girlfriend differently because...

Stood for about 5 minutes (no que) before we decided to just sit down ourselves because no one was acknowledging us. After this we ordered 2 drinks and we had baby on a high chair. The lady came over and instead of being considerate of the child, she placed the pint glass directly infront of the baby, which he instantly grabbed and it spilt allover him. Instead of apologising she sighed and walked off, did an awful job of cleaning we had to go and clean ourselves?
After assuming she would have corrected the mistake we asked when she would bring over the replacement drink, she laughed and said we arenāt getting one and itās not our fault and we āshould of picked the drink up fasterā Iāve never heard such rubbish.
