Subway — Restaurant in Nottingham

Absolutely a disaster waiting times due to the lack of control of Deliveroos and Just Eats etc means that store customers suffer. Over the last few months people have been in a queue to the point they walk out. Franchise management - get it sorted before I escalate to Subway. Just because the lazy order from home, customers in the store should not have to wait for up to half an hour to be served. Having my toasted sub brought out the toaster and without a cover sat for ten minutes waiting for salads too was a joke. I feel for the staff...

Came in 28th around 7:30. Guy on the till with tattoos was great, he was super friendly, very professional & couldn't thank him enough. However manager I think was quiet disappointing seemed like she had left the guy on the front to do everything. He had many deliveries & customers waiting yet was left to deal with it alone & was obvious he was stressed however he remained professional even when he asked for help & it seemed like it was the biggest inconvenience to her & was rude in handling it. Absolutely awful experience at this Subway today. The new staff were incredibly rude—one of them literally threw my bag at me and made me pack up my own order. On top of that, instead of charging me for a meal deal, they charged everything individually, which cost way more than it should have.

To top it all off, I found a hair in my nachos. Completely unacceptable. This place has seriously gone downhill—won’t be coming back anytime soon. Avoid this branch unless you enjoy terrible service and...
