Absolutely a disaster waiting times due to the lack of control of Deliveroos and Just Eats etc means that store customers suffer. Over the last few months people have been in a queue to the point they walk out. Franchise management - get it sorted before I escalate to Subway. Just because the lazy order from home, customers in the store should not have to wait for up to half an hour to be served. However manager I think was quiet disappointing seemed like she had left the guy on the front to do everything.    Read moreAbsolutely awful experience at this Subway today. The new staff were incredibly rudeâone of them literally threw my bag at me and made me pack up my own order. On top of that, instead of charging me for a meal deal, they charged everything individually, which cost way more than it should have.
