Batched Bakehouse — Restaurant in Nottingham

I've just discovered the Batched Bakehouse products at the Aslockton and Whatton Christmas Market. I bought a small Sourdough loaf, soft white rolls, mincepies and plum jam-filled soft brioche type rolls. My husband and I both felt that we hadn't tasted anything more delicious. We are always researching the best local sourdough bread and at last we have found it! The homemade mincemeat mince pies were the best we have ever eaten - bursting with high quality fruit and not over sweet. I'm about to place my Christmas order and can't wait to go to Bingham Farmers Market to stock up my freezer...

Went to the Artists/Crafts/Foods fair at Papplewick Pumping Station on 27.07.25 and these guys were there . I can honestly say I've never tasted such delicious bread in all my 72 yrs ! So delicious in fact that I want more !!! I've sourced their website and enquired where I can get more in fact . I purchased their tin loaf and 4 cobs but wish I'd doubled up on that ! . But their artisan loaves and cakes/pastries looked awesome too . If you like good old fashioned bread that smells and tastes like ......well.....proper bread ! Then give these...

Batched Bakehouse supplied the sweet pies for the dessert station at our wedding. Arranging everything with Mario was super easy and our guests absolutely loved the pies. Everything Mario makes is excellent but I can highly recommend the pecan pie....
