Absolutely brilliant place to eat&drink, the respect 🙏🏽they gave me and every other customers that walked in was amazing 👏 Friendliness the welcome they give you I've never seen elsewhere. Also a man walked in with a guide dog 🦮 immediately a member of staff walked over and sat the man down near to the door as he had a dog 🐕 with him, obviously as they sell food, pets cannot come further inside as I wouldn't want hair in my food anyway fantastic service I would recommend Dean's coffee shop ☕️ to everyone. Go inside and try it out, food 🍰and drink☕️was so amazing I also took out a milkshake with me. Again brilliant service 👏 Friendliness and respect🙏🏽 to all there customers and finally delicious food 😋 Thank you Deams coffee shop for the way you welcomed me and the service you had given me. Great food for a good price…how ever they have items listened as deals, such as coffee and cake, which after buying, they then phone you and say there is no coffee included. This is false advertising. you don’t get what you pay for. And to the reply I have a photo why are you lying about the deal? I literally have proof that you offered a deal of coffee and cake. I Am not Impressed with this Desert Place due to its lack care with getting a easy order ever so wrong.As well they were not helpful at all on the phone after i discovered that my order was wrong and they blamed the driver with picking up the wrong order, Definitely not ordering from there again very shocking and the food came cold and Did not get an apology either.
