Oodles Wok Oldham — Restaurant in Oldham

Ordered 4 boxes and spent a small fortune. On the website it shows how many chillies each chosen food is, going from no chillies to 3 chillies. In one of the meals we got noodles (no spice), katsu curry (no spice) and crispy chicken (no spice). The meal was that spicy it was unbearable and was just as spicy as another meal we got with up to 3 chillies. We rang the restaurant to complain and hopefully get a refund. They said that "the meal should not be spicy" then later stated that "it is spicy" and "cleary you cant handle spice". Which obviously the person that ordered the meal knew they couldnt and got a meal that didnt show chillies, their reply was "next time to get veg rice and sweet and sour". Thanks for the advice but... What if you dont like sweet and sour? What if you dont like rice? Are you fancying rice at the time? Allergies? They didnt want to admit they was wrong for the false advertisement! He then said "we will send another meal", which what he told us to buy, he wouldnt give us a refund as they can't. They could but they're choosing not to! They would much rather lose a customer and potential future customers, as we said we're writing a bad review, than send £8. What an...

Delivery was reasonable. Food is questionable. The food was clearly lukewarm when it arrived. The chips were soggy. The taste was below average as I had better. Two of our items were missing and when I rang them, they took ages to solve as to how it went wrong. Although the person on the phone was pleasant, they did not resolve the issue and refused to send out the delivery guy to deliver the right items. I was very unhappy with this conversation and I urged them to send the right order as I have got children but they still did not resolve the issue. It ruined the atmosphere at home as we could not enjoy our food as my kids were crying because their drinks were missing. I would not order again as first...

From the moment I opened the packaging, the amazing aroma hit me — you could tell the food was freshly made. Everything was still piping hot, packed with flavour, and perfectly cooked. The noodles were delicious, the seasoning was spot on, and the portions were really generous. You can tell they put real care and attention into every dish. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
