do yourself a favour and pick somewhere else. where do i start with this.... wanted a curry tonight but uber eats offered me 40% off on selected restaurants, of which the choice was few and no curry houses available. the offer was too good to pass up and so i decided on a burger from this place. its horrific. the "smash" burger looks like someone stepped on it, and tastes like pure gristle, two bites to confirm and i was done, served on a soggy bun with a weird sauce, a sad excuse for some salad and the worst cheese known to mankind. the doner meat, tasted like i was eating the rubber sole of a shoe. cooked days before and probably kept warm in a container somewhere. chips tasted like they were cooked this morning and given a quick flash fry for a few seconds before being dashed into the box. wings look inedible and havent even got the stomach to try them. every thing is frozen, everything is as cheap as it can be. no wonder they needed to be on the 40% offer, the whole box meal probably cost them 40p to put together. do not order. do not even think about it, i got 40% off on a £25 order and i still feel ripped off by the qualify of the rubbish they serve never again. gotta stop ordering from these pathetic takeaways using the cheapest food possible, its...

First time and last time I’ll be ordering from here. We ordered through Uber Eats and when it arrived it was missing one of our burgers. As this can easily happen, we rang them up to let them know so that they could send it out. After I informed them, they said “oh, sorry about that”, I replied, “can you send it out for us then please?” To which I got told “no”. We placed a £50 order, you’d think you’d want to keep hold of this kind of customer, but they just refused to send out the burger we ordered because we live too far. (The restaurant is in Oldham and we live in Middleton). After a lot of back and forth he still wouldn’t send out the food and we agreed to not spend our money here again, we sat down to eat the food that we had and found out the order notes hadn’t been read on the other burger we ordered, rendering it hard work to eat and spoiling our appetites completely after the initial problem over the phone. I’ll be doing my best to get the full £50 refunded, and avoiding this place again.

Terrible customer service (you should always fix a problem you create in any line of work) and poor professionalism (not following the order notes). Easy problems to fix, and you weren’t willing to help out by fixing them....

Been to the cinema a lot this week and after my first visit I felt like trying one of those smash burgers I've heard so much about but never tried. I've walked past this place many times but never been in and since it had great reviews I decided to give it a go. I think I can say with some certainty that this is the best burger in Oldham and certainly the best burger I have ever eaten in my life.

Huge menu but they still manage to have such quick service and serve food to a high quality. I went back another two times this week and each menu item was as good as the last. The smash burgers are the specialty but he chicken burgers are just as good.
