The best Costa I've ever visited! Highly recommend. I've personally found the majority of other Costa branches generally poor. Dirty tables, disgusting toilets and sometimes staff that don't always listen to your order/requests. I must say however, that this particular branch was pleasingly different. It was spotlessly clean inside. A member of staff was constantly wiping down/clearing tables. In addition to this, the toilets were refreshingly clean. Service was fast yet friendly too inspite of the long que. I asked for an extra hot, hot chocolate. Not the tepid temp I'm usually given. Then with normal cream on top instead of the light version I've been given many times before. Which tastes horrendous!! A lovely server made me the perfect cup today and it was delicious. I think this place is really nice and comfortable to enjoy a nice coffee, the dissatisfaction is that the place has very dirty toilets and it doesn’t get clean regular, the outside seating is perfect to seat and enjoy but it is dirty and the tables are very sticky I do understand that the busy but that is not an excuse to not clean it will be better if the had someone on the floor so he can pay attention to this I think the management needs to pay attention to all of this comments and do something about it but it seems to me that nothing is happening about it and this will continue like this and it is a shame 😔 .
