Been here 3 times now and today was my third. The previous two times have been okay however, today was dreadful and I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Came to watch the football and was instantly asked if I wanted a drink to which I replied with “I will once my mate comes if that’s okay” (he was 10 minutes away). The presumed landlord of the pub then said to me “Well you need to of your staying”. Never have I ever been spoken to like this before in a pub by anyone never mind the owner. There was no sign or notice visible to say that you need to buy a drink/food straight away to be eligible to watch the football and the manner in which he spoke to me was unjustified and comes across as a very rude individual.
