Domino's Pizza - Plymouth - Plympton — Restaurant in Plymouth

1st experience with (Plympton) Dominos: Ordered online. App told me my order was ready for collection. Arrived at the door. Was told not ready yet. 15 minutes later was told another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later was told another 5 minutes. 30 minutes later!!!.... got my food. What the hell is the point of that online order thingy when it's sooo inaccurate!!?!!. 2nd experience with (Plympton) Dominos: Ordered online. App told me my order was ready for collection. Arrived at door. Was told another 5 minutes. Thought to myself "oh yea here we go again". 5 minutes later was told another couple minutes. Thought to myself "OMG!!" 😠. 2 minutes later food came out..... relieved. Gets home. I start to eat food, after all, I'm absolutely starving and waited longer than intended! Gets half way through my munch... "something is missing?" 🤔. I haven't got any chicken on my CHICKEN SURPREME!! They offer refund or replacement if I stop eating and wait for new delivery which would be another 30minutes.... I'm starving!! No way! ABSOLUTELY USELESS!! For the record... I've gone to many dominos in the past. I'm getting old. AND I love my takeaways 😂. Never had any issues with any other dominos in the past. BUT THE PLYMPTON Dominos IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! Don't waste your time.... get a £4 pizza from co op next...

Ordered 3 large pizzas for the family, when they arrived we were disapointed to see the margarita had barely any cheese and next to no sauce and what we thought were melted cheesy patches were infact just charred pizza dough and very dry.The other 2 pizzas were marginally better mainly due to having additional toppings other than the cheese and tomato. I called dominoes Plympton to explain, stating that 2 of the pizzas would be ok but the margarita was not. I had hoped they would change this 3rd pizza but I was told that because more than 2 slices had been tried (family of 4) there was nothing they could do and they wouldn't offer a solution. We have found ourselfs ordering from here less and less over the last few years due to substandard food but this is the first time we have contacted them....very, very bad customer service from James and his manager, very disapointed in Dominos and will definitely not be ordering...

Last Friday the 4th October I decided for the first time to try a Domino's pizza. As my partner and I live in between Mutley Plain and Plympton, we decided to go to Mutley Plain. We had a large buy one get one free, 1 chicken, mushrooms and sweetcorn. The other Tandori chicken with mushrooms etc. Both were thick crusted and absolutely lovely. We collected them to get the offer. Tonight we decided to go to Plympton, so rang ahead to order the same pizza's, but this time thin crust. When we got back with the pizza's, we were so unhappy, not only was the chicken very sparse! But also the pizza needed too be warmed up as they were cold and dry. It reminded us of when you reheat a shop pizza the next day!! As we both had just finished work we did not want to go back and return them. But I...
