Proper community boozer, nice ales, locals and friendly service with a smile worth seeking out and it looks good too. Has two bars and child friendly garden. Front bar is small but intimate easy to get talking to the locals, back bar is bigger and good for larger groups. 2021... Read morePopped in on Christmas day but we won't be going back in a hurry. I know it's one of the few remaining local pubs left in Portsmouth but the damp and mold in the darts area was horrendous. It must be a health hazard as the wall was completely covered in black mold. Not sure why the landlord/landlady thought it was acceptable for paying customers to see the state of this area.
