Hungry Birds — Restaurant in Reading

I ordered two Chicken tikka combo meals and a portion of chicken wings for my son for our lunch.

I ended up with badly overcooked, black burnt chicken wings and two portions of cold, rock hard chips that seemed like they had been left out all day. After picking the burnt bits off the chicken wings in an attempt to make them appear to look less burnt, I tasted one and it tasted burnt. I couldnt give these to my son. I had no choice but to dispose of them. They also had a burnt smell to them aswell.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I will not be ordering from them again!! Terrible food that should not have left the restaurant in the first place.

After complaining via deliveroo i managed to recoop a third of the costs i paid, but still a lunch meal ruined for our family. AVOID AVOID...

Ordered the Hungry Birds Deluxe meals which they delivered quick but wrong burgers. There was no cheese or turkey bacon. Called the take away and they resent new burgers so had to wait half hour and just had chips which had gone cold by the time the new burgers came.

New burgers arrived and delivery driver actually asked and wanted the burgers back which was strange. New burgers only had one rasher of turkey bacon and called take away to express is this correct considering they cost £11.49 per meal!!

Take away advised that's how it comes with one bacon rasher which is extortionate.

More angry birds than hungry birds!! No further...

Extremely disappointed with the delivery services as received late and food was packed wrongly. Menu is clearly mention on the UberEat website but hungry birds management justifying thier mistake incorrectly and putting their mistake to UberEat. They are not fulfilling the customer rights instead they blaming their mistakes on UberEat website.... It's extremely awkward and unprofessional way of dealing with especially new customers.... It's not about the money but Services...
