Greggs — Restaurant in Redditch

Poor disabled access, almost like disabled people are not even thought of or supposed to shop there, there is no counter for disabled use and could not reach the counter to pay or collect my stuff, felt really out of place, embarrassed 😳 and upset, even the queue system is not suitable for the disabled ♿, so narrow and stands in way, then they've added more chairs an tables, I understand why as people need to sit an eat but it's also not fair that I couldn't get around like able people!!!!!! I left feeling alienated and anxious and not appreciated as a customer!!!!!! The only plus side to my visit here was that the food was nuclear hot!, but that's about the only good point. The staff were miserable and lacked any personality, totally disinterested. The steak bakes were gravy bakes, out of 2 pasties, only one small chunk of what I'm guessing was supposed to be steak could be found in either of them. The coffe was that strong that I will not sleep for a week. I also noticed that the disabled parking spot was probably the most awkward parking spot of them all. staff love to have a friendly 5-10 minute chat with each individual customer before serving which causes queues that go right out the door. Never seen them once in a rush to sort this often times only one person left to serve while the rest “look busy”

i can’t comprehend why they don’t put more servers on counter I’ve never seen more than 2 people serving & i believe there is 4 computers to serve from. Employe more competent staff maybe a decent manager can sort that mess out in all my years of hospitality haven’t seen...
