Subway — Restaurant in Redditch

I received my order which my partner place through the Just eat app. when i it arrived after waiting over an hour, It was incorrect - There was Bacon on my sandwich which i cant eat! i couldnt just remove the bacon as the cheese had been melted on top! I called the store to get them to replace the sandwich - Which i have done with previous orderd that were delivered incorrectly from elsewhere. Once the finally answered after 10 tries, The girl i spoke to didnt seem to know what to do and kept having to go an ask someone which is fine - they finally told me to reorder through the app and they would refund me! I asked what would happen about the delivery charge and servicr charge. she said she had to ask someone and after 2 minutes of me waiting for an answer she hung up on me! When i tried to call back noone would answer even though trying multiple times! this is disgusting behaviour - all i wanted was the correct sandwich to be delivered as it was not my fault i dont see why i should...
