McDonald's — Restaurant in Redditch

We went quite early evening and the restaurant bit was quite empty so we decided to sit in but the staff forgot our order and we had to chase it up fortunately there was one lovely lady worker there that helped us and sorted it out and was very helpful but the other staff members around just kinda stared at us, anyway we had to sit by the side of the toilets as my son wanted to play on the tablets they have in there and usually he don't get a chance plus there wasn't a space for my wheelchair anywhere around and nobody actually pointed out where else was suitable ,anyway we were tucking into our food and out of the blue the one worker decided she was going to empty the bin and grab the other bin bags that were by the bin as we came through the main entrance doors and then try to carry about 4 massive bags of rubbish through the door to the toilet catching me with the bags as she went through ,NO APOLOGY AT ALL !!! she then disappeared for about 20mins ,I take it that it was her break time , then reappears and just goes to the staff area at the front of the restaurant to chat to her friends !!! The floor was dirty and needed sweeping and there was no sign of wiping the tables inbetween customers or cleaning the trays or wiping of the bins etc yet she decided to empty the bins while we was eating ,surely she could of waited until we had gone ,they were not exactly super busy !!! Then when a group of 4 pensioners came in she couldn't help them enough !!! She took there food to them helped them order etc yet she couldn't help us !!! And I believe that everyone should get the same help who needs it , whether old or young or disabled ,just because I'm youngish and in a wheelchair doesn't mean I don't need help as much as a pensioner does !!! And as for the cleanliness ,I thought that mcdonalds claim that their restaurants follow strict procedures even more so since covid etc like cleaning between customers etc ,well tonight we witnessed none of this at all ,so please beware if your sitting in to eat perhaps take your own wipes and sanitiser All in all our visit ,which was a 1st visit in absolutely ages was very disappointing 😞,we won't be visiting again ,I would leave 0 stars if it...

Yet again another huge let down by McDonalds north moons moat (2nd Jan 23). I’m actually starting to lose count due to the lack of hands I have on how many times I have received an incorrect order!!!!!! I’m sure it’s my fault for continuing to use them, however, they really need to do something about their accuracy.

The staff are half soaked and the management aren’t much better. They mostly appear to be stoned. It makes you wonder how many staff would be left working there if they did drug tests?

This store really needs to put practices into place where orders are checked before handing to the customer. People are spending a considerable amount of money and they expect it to be correct. Once again having to return to the store whilst my family enjoy their dinner at home to collect the remainder of my order - it’s quite annoying.

Management - if you are reading this, please sharpen up your team by actually acting like managers and strive for improvements. Or, perhaps instead of employing any old Drongo off the street, maybe have a better vetting process for your staff and ask them basic reading and maths questions in their interviews.

Hi ,actually i had problems today and i ask them to how can I speak to the manager of the store , she didn’t wanted to answer any one and accepting responsibility about the mistake ,which is sort out any problems is one of the main job of the manager is in the store .but i seen exactly opposite of that ,discussing !!!! I try to make reports about the worker behaviour but I couldn’t find any portal to resolve this problem regarding about anty social behaviour from the woker . Plus its get me shocked how the macdonald which is one of the massive brand cannot control of the staff behaviour because the some of the staff started to make fun on me , I was try even asking about the manager name on that shift and they keep try to make fun , i just had chance to take the on of staff name , hes name was (Teylor), but the other work keep making joke , Im not recommended the branch to anyone , cos they are so much rude and they gave really discussing food to the people, Really poor customer sarvice . I hope Macdonald could do something about this store , which is main problem is staff , I hope someone chase this report at least here ,...
