What is the point In a coffee station when no one mans it?? There was a queue of people waiting for drinks and no one there, no one to ask on the cafe floor either as they was all in the back doing god knows what. Surely you should have someone out on the cafe area at all times. Rubbish on tables that have been left on here since we have arrived and we have been here for 30 minutes. Morrisons seems to not give a care. So you can just come in a rob the place. Open to all!

If you get the breakfast be prepared to be underwhelmed. The sausage were that cremated that they looked like a pile of dog mess that has been sitting in your garden in the sun for at least a week. Bacon was anaemic, egg was under and jelly like. Tomato was barely cooked. When I told them they absolutely incinerated the sausage they told me they have to be served overcooked for safety? They then returned with another set of completely cremated sausages.

Well what can I say.. It's obvious Morrisons management don't read these reviews because nothing gets done. 40 minutes wait for food. Vegan breakfast came with an egg. Serving pots all three badly chipped.. someone's review from a year ago mentioned this and still the same.. Overall a disappointing visit.

Visited cafe today to have £5 refill drink breakfast.the service was appalling and attitude from woman in charge was not very welcoming ordered meal asked for white toast and scrambled egg like i had last week when gentleman was in charge, was told you have it as it comes thats what her father always said she said.the food was poor just thrown on plate.the girl with her sat at table on her phone, whilst she appeared to be cooking food had to wait at till for ages as had to order at till for that meal they were sitting on phones and eventually served me.to me was very poor gave impression customers were a hinderance as they didnt want to work.only 1 who was working was woman dressed in black bringing food out.i certainly wouldnt go if that woman is on duty next time.they could do with a training session on how to treat customers and customer relations.or be kept away from them very poor not something id expect from morrisons.also you could not dry your hands in gents toilet as dryer out of order and no paper towels to dry hands thats 3 days now been out of order.im very surprised as high standards are usually set and met most of time...

This review is based on the ( too good to go app ). We purchased a supposedly hot evening meal from Morrisons Redditch which should consist of hot unsold food at the end of the day shift. What we actually received was a small plastic tub with warm bacon slices and mushrooms, a sticky toffee pudding and two ( obviously cold ) sliced wholemeal loaves. When we arrived home and unpacked the goods both wholemeal loaves had visible mold between the slices so went straight in the bin. Not too good when you consider that this meal should have been hot food so god only knows why they gave us the bread in the first place . Needles to say we will not return to this store. I hold my hands up here and admit that originally I did leave positive feedback for this meal on the ( too good to go ) app as it was early days for us and I tried to do the right thing but now I realize that i gave people the wrong impression so please accept...

Poor service. Staff were either on their phone or wandering around. They'd missed the drink when putting it through the till which meant we were charged for the meal when kids are supposed to eat free. We were not told about the snack either that was supposed to come with it. When we bought it to their attention, instead of going through the rigmiral of refund we just asked for the chips that we actually asked for when ordering. They then tried to charge us for these on two occasions. In the end we did not get the chips, nor the refund. All of this could have been avoided if they actually had training to use the till, trained on what goes on the plate for each order and a bit of...
