Adding another review to respond to your ridiculous comments in the last review response . Issue no. We were first in to your restaurant, you were not busy when we ordered and through the night the most tables you had apart from us is 2. You did not once confirm how long the food would be , so to say you are not shy about telling people is a lie. Simple 2 hours for a meal is not ok. Your response to my criticism does not make any sense. If you do not realise that a madras is supposed to be spicey you are in the wrong business mate. You seem to want suggest that less clean balti house do the bottom of unicorn road can cook super hot curries , why does the cleanliness have anything to do with the spiciness of a curry. I think you will find that if you look at the government website at the hygiene rating of your restaurant and some of the others you refer to are the same, rating 4. Look if you don't believe me, maybe they would be interested in the thing you are saying about them.
I've looked at some of your response to other negative comment and it never seems to be your fault. I have nothing to gain from this and reviews are to help you and other possible...

Don't get me wrong, it isn't of my lists of places to go but unfortunately, it won't be my first choice.
Many thanks to the staff though as they were very patient as I caught up with...

The service was excellent and the chef came and checked meal with diners at tables. The welcome and attention from Samiul, the manager, was also excellent,as was the waiter service. The price also good and meal good value for money.Would definitely go again, pity it is such a long way...
