Absolutely awful customer service. Your store manager (red hair & glasses) had zero interpersonal skills or customer service.

Props to the young girl who served me originally, lovely manner and much more professional than the manager.

Perhaps check your card machine is working efficiently before speaking so rudely to customers and insisting their card isn't working.

Card declined 4 times, whilst trying to connect to the WiFi to attempt #5, the card machine was snatched out of the girls hand by the manager and she snapped at me that my card wasn't working.

Funnily enough, the next gents card also declined and she rebooted the machine.

No apology for the way she spoke to me!

Fish finger sandwich isn't worth being spoken...

Normally food is okish, but in recent experience not satisfied...photos on menu can be decieving to description...Ordered a hot sandwich came back just warm, not hot as expected..did complain , they did it again, still the same...not worth the money,, presentation disappointing, over priced and over rated...Will not be ordering anything like that again... Same with ham egg and chips, the ham was just cheap round pieces out of a packet you buy at a supermarket...For the prices that you pay for you expect a bit...

I went in there for lunch today + chose the crinkle chips with cheese as advertised on the menu. I ordered this at the counter to be told they only have chunky chips + the photos on the menu are not what they serve. Is this false advertising? Surely what is on the menu they should be serving? Had I not checked I would have received chunky chips which I'm not keen on. Maybe the manager/owner should have on the menu what they actually serve + not what other cafes serve? Extremely disappointed...
