Three Cooks coffee lounge — Restaurant in Redditch

First time in this place 15 years used to go in for lunch every day and it was amazing so took my son to show him and was so disappoint in the attitude of the owner and her nasty staff. We ordered at the till some food two teas and had a bottle of apple jucie. Food was served then the tea then the lady serving us accused my son of stealing the apple jucie and got very nasty about it. I told her I had it when at the till and she wasn't interested. After making us all feel uncomfortable and we paid again she admitted she may of missed it but it was our fault. Then when i said i would complain about her she told me she was the owner so why bother so a great attitude to have in the reaturant business. Went here for the first time ever. And was served by a lovely female with black hair. Got me to start pre ordering baguettes, I go in today and had the worst service ever from a skinny female with blonde hair. She was incredible rude. I have stopped pre ordering and won’t be back in again. Do t know who she is, either owner or sales assistant. But that rudest is not acceptable! Rather go somewhere else, if anyone reads these. I would avoid, and go somewhere where you will get great customer service like...

Terrible! I wasn't going to give her a star but I had too because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to post. One of the staff members (a lady) is rude, loud and just plain mean. I asked for a baguette and she gave me chicken (I am a vegetarian) I asked politely for a change and she shouted and said "I have worked here for 7 years and have never gotten an order wrong are you calling me a liar!!??"
