Came for lunch Beautiful sunshining day so decided to enjoy that and have lunch in the garden The place was empty so we were served quickly Some choice but not great and I would say slightly pricey It was served out to us by friendly staff and was presented well Toilets however stink and doors don't work on cubicals a real let down. Totally need to spend money fixing that problem.

We went here yesterday for my brother in law's silver wedding anniversary... He had hired a section of the pub complete with food buffet... The food was plentiful for 40 guests and the drinks were reasonably priced and the staff were on hand to assist when necessary. All in all a good it was a good do

One of the worst looking and feeling pubs I've been in. I entered the pub and after 1 minute I had enough. The place is filthy, rubbish atmosphere (the type of place where everyone stares at you as you go in), customers swearing their heads off, dirty tables, cutlery had cobwebs on them and the most amazing thing, i saw someone smoking indoors. Can't understand why this place has got such good reviews. Clearly people like eating and drinking in dog-holes. p.s. we ended up going to Beef Eater instead 100...

Terrible. Wont be going back to this place. Service is bad. Unless youre s regular in this pub you can expect to be waiting to be served. Bar staff are sneaky, they pour drinks for the regulars ignoring anyone in the queue but dont speak so you dont realise youve been snubbed by the bar staff until they hand the drinks over.

Would have been a regular weekly for myself and my staff but i wont be...

First time we went in with that artificial wall put up (to stop the non-payers from hearing the music - how pathetic!! ). Spoils the whole look of the pub and the sound of the band was awful in any case. Plus we forked out £10. Listened to two songs, drank a dreadful pint of beer and instantly left for a better venue, better beer and better entertainment. Went to the Railway...
